I am selling collection of American  medals.
These were collected many years ago..
All are genunine originals and not the current reproductions.
ART MEDAL
Obv. High relief  frontal view  "GEN. ROBERT E. LEE"   above "Jane Baxendale - (1925-2021)
She was a local sculptor and artist living in Nashville, TN.
Specialized in Confederate Civil War Generals.
Rev.  outline of the obv.
Research did not find any casting she made of  Robert E Lee.
NOTE! I just listed a JEFFERSON DAVIS C.S.A.  Baxendale oval medal  with the same design as the Robert E Lee medal
Medal: Cast Bronze  - Shape: Oval - Size: 89 x 63mm - Thickness 11.8 mm. - Weight:  9 1/2 oz. -
This could be the only one avalable .
