IOY CЄΠ KOΛΩ NЄCIBI MHT. Tyche of Antioch seated facing; above her head, ram (Aries) leaping right, head left; all within tetrastyle shrine; below, half-length river-god Euphrates swimming right.
Interesting coin struck in the large eastern fortress of Nisibis, the main stronghold of the Roman Empire in the Mesopotamian frontier. In VF+ condition, the coin conserves full details in both sides, bold reliefs and a precious desert patina totally natural.
