Vintage Tea Cup Mug With Lid Purple Clay Chinese Yixing Zisha Zhongguo
Features:
This is a beautiful tea cup or mug with attached lid made in China, Yixing.
It is made from the purple clay and has a a raised floral motif with a bunch handle.
This one has a knotted brown cord holding the lid onto the body.
It has an impressed stamp on the body but I am not sure how to decipher it. I am not sure of the age but think it it perhaps from the 1990’s.
Size:
It measures about 3 1/4” in diameter x 5 1/2” tall including the lid.
Condition:
It is in excellent condition.
There is nothing wrong with this one that I can see other than a glossy spot which the photo shows as a lighter color.
Who would use it?:
This wonderful mug would be a great addition to any collectibles collectible teacup chinese Asian kitchen serving entertaining home decor accessories collection.
