    Vintage 1990. This decoration appears to have never been used. It is very clean and in great condition. There is a small area of discoloration on the paper tag as seen in photos. Paddington himself is about 24.5 inches tall, but the item as a whole is taller once you hang the balloon above it. Please inspect all photos carefully before purchasing.
