Vintage Paddington Bear Stuffed Plush 1981 Raincoat and unused Fire Chief outfit

I have a smoke free and Covid free home.
Paddington was on display on a shelf. Never played with. He is 13 inches tall in his rainy weather outfit.
In great condition overall except
I did see a dirt spot on inside of raincoat. I made no attempt to clean. See photos 6 & 7 for the spot. Not sure what spot is so leaving for new owner to try  soap and water or leave alone.
Has all the original tags: Tag around neck: Darkest Peru to London, England. Tag on body - shows copyrighted 1981.
Another tag attached that shows Eden.
Raincoat and boots are removable. Hat is sewn thru the back of head with a stitch. Carefully snip the thread and hat would be removable then.
Also including an unused fire chief outfit. Has 4 parts: Hat, boots, coat and pants. Bag was opened but part are either still in factory bag or has factory placed plastic to protect parts.  Again,  fire chief outfire has never been used. Sparky Smokechaser by Treasured Toggery.
