Vintage office supply spackle case Thumb Tack Paper Clip Decor Rustic Cottage

Vintage ephemera office supply spackle cases.
Lot of vintage packages. Paperclips, multicore, thumb tacks and spackle.
There are thumb tacks in the package and the spackle can is spackled shut so I assume there is old spackle in it but I can’t get it open.
