    Vintage Chinese Handmade Bamboo Weaved Over Porcelain Teacup with Lid.
    The cup is purely handmade using an ancient Chinese craft - handweaving fine bamboo filaments tightly over porcelain.
    The craft of bamboo-over-porcelain originated from the Qing dynasty (1644—1912) in China. Due to its sophisticated making process, it was only tributed to the Royals at that moment. This craft can only be done by specially trained artisans.
    Due to the delicate nature of the cups, they can only be hand washed by cold water, and dried naturally.
