Vintage 24" Brass/Leather 3-Draw Spyglass Hand-Held Telescope Probably France

Vintage 24 inch hand held telescope. Not sure of maker but looks like the ones claiming to be french but I'm not sure. Each end has the brass slide cover for the lenses. No dents and leather in good used condition.  When the sections are extended there is some wiggle where the pieces come together. The small end will slide out when you hold it upside down. It doesn't come out all the way if that's what your thinking it stops as it should. I don't know much about these so maybe you can tighten it.
