Vintage 2000 Surf City Midge Doll (# 28421) with Pail and Shovel (# 28964).
This rare Surf City Midge Doll comes with a Pail and Shovel.  There is a tear on the front of the doll’s box and 2 tears on the back where she was taped to the packaging for the pail.
Please look at all of the pictures for the condition of the box.
She is brand new and still in the original box.
All of my items are in a smoke free and pet free home.
