You'll receive the exact sterling silver medallion pictured.  Serial # 55 (only 87 are known to have been produced in sterling that were not flown on the mission (about 120 total mintage in sterling)).
The medal is in fine condition (as pictured) and
is unflown.  The case is original.  Originates from the collection of a former Shuttle astronaut.
