    Description

    Snap-on 1/4" Torqometer TQ-S1.  Some rust and cover over dial has some brown crude on it or under it.  Handle is a little sticky in a few spots, needs to be cleaned.  Seems to work, but I don't know for sure.  I've never seen one before, but then again never looked for one.  Overall a nice tool.
