Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
We will not accept returns on new product that has  been opened and is fully functional.
We test all returned items. If the item is found to be defective, or if we made an error in describing the item, we will refund the entire amount. However, if the item is found to be functional and as described in the auction we will still refund the entire amount, less Shipping & Handling charges, and a 20% restocking fee will be assessed.
