    Purchasing items as a means of troubleshooting
    : All items have been tested before being listed for sale. On occasion, a buyer will purchase an item they
    think
    is needed but it does not resolve the problem and it is then discovered a different part is required to restore the system?
    Example:
    My radar doesn?t work. I purchased another used radar on eBay from us and that one doesn?t work either.  It turns out the power control module / interface between the MFD and the radar was actually the cause of the fault.
    Now you want to ship back the radar (which you believe is bad), we will test it on our bench again.  If it is good, we will refund the purchase only, not shipping. If it is bad, we will credit you for the sale and shipping to you. Please keep in mind your power control module may have damaged our radar. In this case, we will not refund the purchase.
    We want to guarantee satisfaction with every sale, so please be certain before making your purchase. Unfortunately, we have had people not fully understand the nature of the problem with the device they are replacing with the items we are selling.  Our shipping and return policy are to discourage this behavior.
    RETURNS
    : We do not accept any returns unless an item is deemed as defective. If you believe the item you have received is not as described or is not in working order please reach out to the manufacturer or to us

    requesting a return and we will help with any questions or concerns on the item. After troubleshooting if the item is deemed as defective the cost of the return shipment is the buyer?s responsibility. Upon receiving and evaluating the returned item, a complete or partial cost of the purchase will be reimbursed via your original payment method.
