Rare Vintage Winnie The Pooh Deco Pac PVC Cake Topper from the 1990s Ships Free

I bought this cute little cake topper second hand back in the late 1990s so I know it is over 20 years old. It is 2 1/2" tall and marked Disney DecoPac China on the bottom and it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, breaks, chew marks or paint loss and since it has been stored out of UV light the colors are vibrant! I will pack your purchase carefully in a box, not a bubble mailer, so that it travels safely to you.
