RARE Happy Family Barbie pregnant Midge's new neighbor Lea's husband nude VHTF

Up for your consideration is a the Happy Family Midge's neighbor. This is Lea's husband. This is extremely rare and hard to find. I believe he was only released with the Happy Family sounds of home house. Please see all notes and pictures below before purchase. Doll may be shipped in a bubble envelope.
*PLEASE NOTE:
He is nude. Buyer will receive the doll only.
His left foot has a few marks on it. It also is bent up slightly. (Pictures #5&10)
His left hand has a couple dings in it. (Picture #9)
His left arm is also starting to get loose.
Otherwise he seems to be in good shape.
There may be several other minor marks/scratches, etc. What I have listed above are the main flaws.
