    U.S. Mint
    , Philadelphia (no mint mark), National Commemorative Medal, Turner-10, Dean D1964-1a,
    mintage of only 5,000 in silver proof.
    Nice old proof, beautiful condition, still very bright. Please view photos carefully for condition; coin does look better in hand than photos represent.
