Can't find an official date, but one of the ads is dated 1898.
Descriptive booklet giving local details,and travel information of this area of Maine.
Local towns, ponds, and lodges are described in detail.  Hunting & fishing locations etc.
Back of booklet has a list of boarding houses, and pages of local ads.  Illustrated.
Back covers show wear with a torn spot where paper is just holding on, as shown.  Some cover separation at the spine but covers holding.  Contents very good.
