This software allows you to provide a Windows PC, Laptop or Tablet for the Check In process instead of using a pen and paper process to doing this.   This makes this a paperless, 'green' method for the Check In process.  The patient sign in process is now confidential.   You may customize the Visit Type and Appointment Reason buttons as needed for your facility.
Patients use the Check In Screen.
Patients Check In on the Touch Screen or with the keyboard on the Windows computer or tablet that you provide for this.  Patients Sign In and the data is logged in the Register Log.  You know how many patients checked in and what time they checked in.
The screen is Bilingual English/ Spanish for better accommodation to visitors.  As patients check in on the Check In Screen, the check in information is being accumulated for viewing on the Patient Registry Screen.   So you can take advantage of technology for this process and move away from the paper sign in sheets.  This also provides for a confidential check in process, since the patient information clears out of the check in screen so that the next person does not see anything about the previous patients that checked in.
Office uses the Check In Register Screen.
The Patient Check In Registry screen provides your practice staff to see a list of all patients that have checked in, what time they checked in and the reason that they are there.  The patients do not see this list.  You may generate reports from the register log at any time for the current day as well as for past days that you may want to look at.
Patient Check In Data is saved for you to look at later and generate reports that can provide you with a way to analyze your patient wait times if you so desire..
