I do not know how this particular Midge doll was sold. Her gown is probably just a fashion that was purchased for play or display. It is a shiny green layered strapless gown, but the shade of green does not really match Midge's green earrings and ring. It is closer to her bracelet. She has a twist 'n turn figure and bent arms that can lift out away from her body. Her bent arms move when the opposite one is moved. Her legs can be popped into different positions. Her feet are tippy-toed for high heels, but she is shoeless now. Her eyes are green. She has thin pursed red lips. She has been played with, but is in very good condition. The middle of her back shows Mattel Inc 1966 ~ Taiwan. She has a medium complexion. ~~ Hopefully the pictures do her justice. She may be ideal for that special OOAK (one of a kind) doll someone is creating, or for a doll to play with for someone age three or older. ~~ Please note, all my items are sold on an 'as is' basis. Delivery confirmation is covered at no extra cost. I charge handling for each additional item. I ship using USPS Priority Mail, both locally and to Canada.
