We ship daily (Monday-Friday). Orders are processed and shipped within

ship on Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays.
Orders placed after 12pm PST on Fridays are usually shipped out by the following Monday

We use UPS Ground for most shipments and USPS Priority for P.O. Boxes, Alaska, and Hawaii

Any item requiring signature upon delivery cannot be sent to a P.O Box.
UPS shipping includes signature for items with a value of 0 or more. Signature insures against loss or damage. USPS includes delivery confirmation.
Shipping ONLY to USA Confirmed PayPal Addresses (NO EXCEPTIONS). If you will not be available to sign for the package at the time of delivery, you can request UPS to hold the package for pick-up at your local UPS location.
If you need your item in a hurry, we offer expedited shipping (UPS expedited & UPS One-day) which is available during checkout. A physical address is required. NO PO Boxes.

accept offers. Our prices are firm and are subject to change at any time.
The best way to contact us is through the eBay messaging system. We answer messages Monday - Friday but very rarely on weekends.
We always ship items within 1 business days and upload tracking to eBay!!! If for any reason we can not ship within the stated time, we will message you! We work really hard to ship all packages on time but messaging us about tracking and shipping really slows us down. Again, tracking info is always posted to "My eBay".
If for any reason, you are not satisfied, let us know so that we can assist you with whatever issues may arise. If you receive a defective item please contact us prior to leaving feedback and opening a case. We will be more than happy to assist you and provide you return instructions in accordance with our return policy.
RETURN POLICY
Defective/DOA:
If a defect appears within 14 days of receipt of the item, a full refund will be issued after matching the serial number and/or IMEI number with the one in our records. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. After 14 days, you can use the warranty provided by the manufacturer.
Note: We do
NOT
provide return shipping labels for defective items, only in the case where we sent the wrong item or the item was Dead on Arrival (DOA)/inoperable. If the item is DOA you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the item in order to receive a prepaid shipping label.
Otherwise you (the customer) are responsible for return shipping.
Unwanted/Non-Defective:
Unwanted product returns will be subject to a
10% restocking fee
.
Unwanted items must be returned in the same condition they were received in and must include all accessories and documentation they came with. If the item comes back in a different condition than the one it was originally received in and/or is missing any accessories the restocking fee will be 20% of the purchase price. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Item Not As Described:
If the item is significantly not as described or we shipped the wrong item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once the item arrives back to us, a refund or exchange will be issued (if one is available).
Damage/Lost:
If an item is damaged or lost during shipping, we as the shipper are required to file a damage or lost claim with the carrier, and proceed according to carrier regulations prior to being able to issue any refund. Please notify us immediately if an item arrived damaged. Please note that a Damage or Lost Claim will normally take a minimum of 7-14 business days to be processed by the carrier.
