    This extremely rare Apollo 11 Bronze Medallion was presented by McDonnell Douglas Astronautics Company to commemorate the company's integral support of Apollo 11, the first mission to land a person on the moon and return him safely to the Earth, and the entire Apollo lunar program. This piece is bronze and 51 mm in diameter. It has the feel of a challenge coin and was produced by the John Roberts Co. for very limited distribution to company employees and those connected to the McDonnell Douglas during the Apollo program years. It is in very good condition.
