Lot 85+ Vintage 1950s Summer Camp Letters The Hemlocks for Boys New Hampshire.
Fabulous estate sale find of vintage "Dear Mom and Dad" letters from two boys at The Hemlocks Csmp for Boys in New Hampshire to their doctor parents in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Letters span 1952 to 1956 and provide a wonderful and vivid account of the summer camp experience.
Lot includes 30+ postcards (camp and photo) and five camp newsletters. Over 120 pieces in all.
Letters are both handwritten and typed, and are on plain paper or camp stationery with lovely illustration by Fritz Robbins.
