Upon inspection of the device,
I noticed significant scuffs and scratches on the body of the device.
There are heavy scuffs and scratches on the top and bottom of the device (see pictures #11-12).
There are some screws missing from the left and right side of the device.
All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition.
There is damage to the sheathing of the microphone (see picture #5).
I was able to power on the device using an in-house programmable power supply connected via gator clips.
The displays work as they should.
The VU meter was tested to be working.
The internal speaker was tested to be working.
I was able to connect an in-house antenna to the antenna terminal.
However, I was only able to tune into static.
The included microphone was tested to be working.
The PA. SP and EXT. SP jacks were tested to be working.
The Talkback, Clarifier, Vol/Squelch, Mic Gain, RF Gain, Dimmer and Channel knobs were tested to be working.
The GNF, AM and Tone switches were tested to be working.
I was unable to test the Mod and ANL switches.
The device is sold as is for parts, repair or as a non-working item.
No power supply is included.
