File Guardian™ runs in the background on your computers and creates a log of all file system activities in the folders that you choose. You can't tell if your employees are copying your files unless you have File Guardian installed.
File Guardian runs unnoticed on each of your computers. When an employee copies, modifies or deletes a file, that activity is stored in a database on the computer.
These file events can be viewed on each computer or you can view the events of the last 24 hours remotely from any device with a web browser.

Each registration code that you order here will be for one license, for one year, for one computer. Each year you will need to renew the license for File Guardian to continue to work.
Where do I download the software to install it on my computers?
You will be e-mailed instructions on how to download the windows installer directly from The File Guardian website. There is no charge for the installation file once you have the registration code purchased here.
