Extremely rare Pooh & Friends figurine "Sharing Treats With Someone Sweet" to commemorate Friendship Day back in 2007.  It shows Lumpy the Heffalump sharing cookies with a lucky squirrel that's standing on his tummy.
This piece rarely pops up on eBay and much less in such pristine condition.  It's still in its original box and wrapped in cellophane.  It even has the name tags still sealed in plastic too.  You can tell it has never been removed from its box and it's in absolute perfect shape.
