ry large Antique Bronze medal crafted and struck by Tiffany & Co, for the Participation in the1898 Battle of Manila Bay under Dewey.
This medal  Awarded in 1898 to anyone who took part in the Battle for Manila Bay in the Philippines in 1898 Spanish-American War.
Side of medal reads:
Gunners Mate 2nd Class George Clark
Underneath the left shoulder near the edge of the coin, I believe it reads
DC FRENCH 1898?  Hard to see for me.
Missing original ribbon.
I am not going to clean, as I will leave this up to the new owner if they so choose!
