Here is a custom Breyer Stablemate by me, Emma Sjoblom. This Reiner mare has been resculpted and repainted using pigments and acrylics into a hippogriff. With drilling, wires, glue, and Apoxie Sculpt, I gave her a resin eagle head, eagle feet, and wings from Abbeyinc Studio. I also changed her from a gelding to a mare. Her coat goes from sorrel feathers to red roan horse with a flaxen tail to match her wings. She's got glossy brown eyes, black talons, and shaded black hooves. My initials are on her belly and she's sealed with several layers of Dullcote lacquer.
