Winnie The Pooh Jointed Arms & Legs Collectible Resin material.  Winnie can sit and stand.  Under Winnie reads: Charpent, a division of Michel & Company, the Walt Disney Company, China.  Measures: 6" tall.  Very good condition, Moveable arms and legs are still tightly attached.  A great piece for your Disney Collection or the Winnie the Pooh lover.  Winnie was made to look vintage I believe he was made in the early 1990's.
