This listing is for a G1 Saddlebred from the 1989 Sears SR Stablemate set.
The model has been in it's little plastic bag, inside it's original box for over 30 years now, but, managed to find herself a bit of trouble. A few years back, I inadvertently left the door to my linen closet not quite closed. My cat took advantage of this opportunity and let herself in. In the process of exploring, she knocked turned over the 1989 Sears SR box and three horses fell out. This was one of them and her left ear tip was broken off as a result. The eartip is still in the little plastic bag and fixing her will be as easy as gluing it back on. I was heart sick as you can imagine. Now you know how she managed to find trouble sitting in a box in a closet. (The kitty wasn't harmed, just the model, and I was nauseous for sometime afterward and one of the reasons I haven't listed these before is because it made me sick to look at the ones that were damaged) The model is made from the old plastic and is, of course, a beautiful and correct Maureen Love sculpt. These don't come up for sale very often anymore with so many of them now residing in black hole collections. Your purchase will be wrapped securely and sent to you in a sturdy little box so that it travels safely to you and your collection.

always ship things well packed in a box with tracking, not an envelope, so that your purchase arrives in the same shape you see in the photos. I ship Monday-Friday, I do not ship on Saturday.  I take all packages to work with me (and take them in, I don't leave things in the hot car) and drop them off at the post office in the early afternoon on my way home. I stand in line and make sure that your package is scanned and the tracking process is started. I pack and ship your purchase the way that I would want mine to be packed. I care about my customers.
