If any part fails within a year of purchase date, Customer must inform us via email to obtain a"Return Authorization Form", after that Customer shall return an item to us for an inspection. If inspection approves that an item is defective then replacement item will be shipped to the customer. Under any circumstances we are responsible for any installation fees. Warranty excludes typical wear & tear on items such as filters, brake pads, and rotors. These items can only be returned to us in unused condition and in it's original packaging within 30 days from sale date. Special orders, Manuals and Electrical items are not refundable.
