Bernardaud France 3 Piece Tea Cup Serving Set with Saucers White Rose Design.  This set is in good overall condition.  Please look, I think these are cups, but they have an open circle at the bottom of the cup, so maybe they are meant to be flipped around?  Two of the saucers have some wax on the bottom, so maybe they were used for candles, I am just not 100% what these are used for but after looking I think these were used for candles.
