Shipping
We ship Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, except on Holidays. Buyer pays a calculated shipping fee, unless free shipping is offered.  Depending on the weight, an order may ship First class (less than 16oz), Priority Mail (more than 16oz), Media Mail(Books, CDs, DVD's), or other economy options for large packages. Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. We provide a tracking number with every order.  If you have not received your order by the estimated delivery date, please contact us asap.  If the package shows delivered, but you have not received, then please check with your local post office or delivery person. Delays may occur from time to time due to weather or USPS handling or re-routing.
Returns
Even though all sales are final, some items may qualify for return and refund.  Cancellations or returns are accepted if the item has an obvious problem that is not mentioned in the listing description. In such case, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. We'll try our best and work with you to make sure you are happy with this transaction. Returns are accepted on unused items, received in the same condition as they were shipped, a refund will be processed upon receiving the return.
Condition
We examine each item carefully and make every effort to describe it accurately.  We specialize in selling store displays, overstocks, discontinued items, pre-owned items, etc. Many of our items don't include the original packaging. Please check all the pictures, any minor defect, contact marks and scuffs will be shown in the pictures.
