This print is a high quality Giclee art print on heavy paper of an original painting by Gary McAllister.  The image of this print is a Cougar leaping between rocks over the Grand Canyon. The view is from the North Rim with Brahma and Zoroaster Buttes and the San Francisco Peaks in the distance.
I have lived in the Grand Canyon area of Northern Arizona for 30 years.
I began my art career in the late 60's with a degree in fine art from CCAD (Columbus College of Art & Design).  I was art director for ad agencies in DC & LA before going freelance as an illustrator and designer, becoming one of the most nationally published illustrators in the U.S. for 20 years
I moved to Flagstaff Arizona in 1991, painting the Grand Canyon and Northern Arizona with dramatic landscapes, wildlife and historic subjects.  I have displayed at many shows, galleries and venues at the Grand Canyon including the El Tovar Hotel & Grand Canyon IMAX.
