You'll receive the exact sterling silver medallion pictured.  This one is not serialized (no marking on the edge).  Believed to be one struck by the Robbins Company for internal use and are generally denoted as originating from a Robbins company executive when they surface/come to market.
If you're seeking a particular shuttle mission Robbins medallion (unflown), I may likely be able to provide one if you wish to inquire.  I currently have one available for over 100 missions.
