This appears to be some sort of award badge and full disclosure I have not been able to determine the exact meaning. If anyone knows something about it I would absolutely welcome their input. I may not have spelled the words correctly.
It measures approx. 1 1/4" by 1 3/8". It's in
good
condition with nice patina and the usual surface scratches consistent with antique items.
