inch bears the likenesses of this year’s First Spouse Gold Coins honoring Florence Harding, Grace Coolidge, Lou Hoover and Anna Eleanor Roosevelt on the obverse (heads) side of the medals.
The medals are packaged in Mylar®, inserted into a folded card containing product information and placed in a custom–made envelope.
Florence Harding:
Features multiple facets of Mrs. Harding’s life, including stylized ballots and ballot box, camera, torch and initials referencing World War I veterans.
Grace Coolidge:
Depicts three hands finger–spelling the letters USA in American Sign Language against the backdrop of the White House.
Lou Hoover:
Features a late 1920’s radio representing Mrs. Hoover’s first public radio address as first lady: she was the first to make such an address.
Anna Eleanor Roosevelt:
Depicts Mrs. Roosevelt’s right hand lighting a candle. A glowing light rises over a stylized graphic of the Earth’s curved horizon. The design symbolizes her life’s work and the global impact of her humanitarian initiatives
