1991 Jewish American Hall of Fame Hank Greenberg Commemorative Medal.  It is stamped as number 05 in a total mintage of 670.
Struck in Bronze by the Medallic Art Company, it is trapezoidal in shape and 1 3/4" x 1 3/4" in size.
It has some minor spotting.
