    Up for auction is a token/medal that was issued in 1976 during the Bicentennial celebration by the State of North Carolina. It was made by the Medalliac Art Co and has the state seal on one side and images of historical events under the motto " To be - rather than to seem" It measures 1 1/2" in diameter and are in fair condition with a hole drilled near the top for a chain.
