exceptionally rare with a mintage of only 3,000 in silver.
Very fine brilliant uncirculated example with mellow patina and slight toning. Comes with the original mint envelope and plastic inner sleeve; the paper envelope is tattered across the top and discolored. Please view photos carefully for condition.
