1905 Navy telescope/ scope OWN A PIECE OF HISTORY!!!!!!

I don’t know a lot about this item it was left to me by my grandfather
It is supposed to be off a Navy battle ship from 1905 that’s really all I know
I posted all the pictures of the markings I can see on it
