    A nice medal.  Please see the images and form your own judgment.  Friedrich was King of Prussia and Emperor of Germany for ninety-nine days in 1888 ("the year of three Emperors") and his wife was Victoria, eldest daughter of Queen Victoria.  Their first child was Wilhelm (the future Wilhelm II of WWI note), the first grandchild of Queen Victoria and one of only two born while Albert was still alive.  Wilhelm was said to be Queen Victoria's favorite grandchild.  At the time of his birth Wilhelm II was sixth in line for the British throne, after his maternal uncles
