I will make this story short. I sent out this coin to get graded (the pics with no capsule are the exact
Way the coins were shipped to ngc.6 weeks later i recieved a bill for grading and shipping for 116.00 for which i mailed a check.(fyi i recieved another bill for grading)I soon recieved the coin with no grade it states it cannot be graded ,the coin has been a piece jewelry (no way). After many call nothing they can do about it thats the reason no grading they cant even show me the problem area.
Thats how ngc ripped me off
