    Description

    We are offering a very beautiful medal from Belgium, the 1856 Belgian Medal Issued to Honor Ferdinand Abdon Manilius, Representative of 1835 to 1856, Engraved by J. Leclercq.   The medal is listed as number 209, Plate XXXIX, in Guioth's
    "Histoire Numismatique de la Belgique, Tome II."
    The medal is 55.48 mm in diameter and is made of bronze (with a total weight of 2.763 ounces or 78.42 grams).  The medal has very beautiful medium brown color with very high relief surfaces and great detail.   THIS IS ONE GORGEOUS MEDAL!!!   It would be a very nice addition to your collection.
