Offering an 1809 British
Medal commemorating the Grand National Jubilee of the coronation King George III and Charlotte.
Struck in White Metal, it is 38 mm (1 1/2") in
diameter
.
The medal has light rubbing wear at the highest points of the design and a light stain on the
reverse
. The
original
mirror finish on the fields has gone cloudy, but it is still visible at the edges of the design.
There are scattered minor contact marks and light scratches.
The medal in the photos is the one being offered.
